Complimentary Design Service With Every Project
Choosing the right materials and color is one of the biggest challenges for those who want to remodel. The question comes up, what can be kept that will work with the look we want? Other times it is finding complementary materials and colors that match the other materials you are using. There isn’t always an easy answer for many reasons; for example, many stone materials are unique, so the matching may have to be done once the stone is chosen.
We don’t always think about singing our praises, as we always do what we do best in working with each of our clients. Over the years, we have learned why we are different and what our advantage is in our interior designing – it is our experience in the contracting side of remodels. Since we do both the interior design and construction, we know ahead of time what will work and what will work better considering the overall project. Feel free to call us or send us a message online.
Complimentary Service
As part of our service, we include complimentary interior design consultations with every project. We believe it is easier to provide this from the start of any project to help ensure everything will coordinate. In leaving this to us, you can rest assured things will go well together and you can tell from the feedback we receive from our past customers, we do a great job! This added benefit is a part of that service in exceeding our clients’ expectations
Things to Consider
The most important thing is to identify the look and feel of what you would like. You can do this by looking at books and magazines or searching the internet (and searching our photo galleries – see below). Room location, windows and lighting all play a part in how colors will look. Colors can look great on their own, but once you put a color next to a piece of furniture or different lighting, it may not look the same.
Once you have a better idea of the look you want, then we can get to work. Here are some things that need to be considered in your design and color choices:
- Size of the room
- The amount and time of natural lighting in the room
- The “unnatural” lighting sources currently used or planning to be used
- Other rooms connected and their colors/themes (Do their colors ‘bleed’ into this room?)
